The suchness of being.

Zen Buddhism has an expression, “suchness,” which means accepting things as they are, as they are intrinsically, accepting them completely without labeling or judgment. “Suchness” distinguishes between our perception of things and things as they are. It is also a way into the heart of being, pulling us into the now, into the All, into enlightenment. We Reiki people should think about suchness, both in our own lives and when we put our hands down to heal.
